  1. Revenue-Per-Agent-Use-Case Frame: "Each agent use case I define and ship generates recurring consumption revenue at $2/conversation. A single well-designed agent template that 1,000 customers deploy generates $X million annually. My equity should reflect the revenue-generating nature of PM work on Agentforce."
  2. Team Selection Leverage: If offered a choice between Agentforce and a legacy cloud, choose Agentforce and negotiate accordingly. Frame: "I'm specifically excited about Agentforce because of the consumption model. I'd like the comp to reflect this team's strategic priority."
  3. Industry Vertical PM Premium: Salesforce is building industry-specific Agentforce agents (Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing). PMs with domain expertise in regulated industries command a 10-15% premium.
  4. Competitor PM Comp Anchor: ServiceNow and Snowflake PM roles include a cash bonus (10-15% at NOW, none at SNOW). Use this to push Salesforce's equity higher: "ServiceNow offers a 15% cash bonus on top of equity. Since Salesforce doesn't, I'd like the equity grant increased to match total comp."
